We are having a problem with the UPS tracking #'s we are receiving when we process our shipments. The #'s that shiprush are supplying are #'s that have already been used by UPS for other shipments. I called UPS to let them know that when our customers look up the tracking # we sent them it shows a date that has already happened and an address that is not their's. I told UPS we were using Shiprush and they said that you would have to issue us a new batch of #'s so that this would not continue to happen. Is this possible? Thank you.
