Here is a PNG of my error with the connection screen in the background.
This is a new machine.
I installed Gold Mine and it is working fine. I installed ShipRush. After the installation it takes me to the connection screen in the attached picture. Then it gets the error. I click OK and it keeps coming back.

I can ping the ShipRush server and we have 5 or so other machines using it all working fine.
I have disabled any firewalls, etc.

Any ideas?

Afternoon Bill,
Typically the list index out of bounds error would indicate a difference in builds of ShipRush.

If you go to the ShipRush Server PC, launch ShipRush, and check Help | About for version. It should be something like

Now browse out to program files\z-firm llc\shiprush v3 and find shiprush3.exe. Right click | Properties | Version. Does the product version listed there match what is on the ShipRush Server?

If not, you'll need to download the installer, or search your network for the installer that is of the same version as the ShipRush Server PC installation and run that and choose Update ShipRush on the workstation in question.
