View Full Version : My second UPS shipper account not active

I put in the information 4 days ago after we rebuilt the server with a fresh install of Shiprush. The primary account verified and was ready to use instantly. The second account said it would take time for it to be verified, but that was 4 days ago. The information is correct, but still nothing. Is there a way to resend the info? How often does Shiprush check for the verification?

HELP!

It should check on the next End of Day.

If there is an error about the second account, you may be able to find that information under View | Shipments | Server Messages. There may be an error about the account, or the account is not valid for use with this type of software.

If for some reason it does not, delete the SECOND account (make sure you're on the correct account in the settings) and re-enter it. Process shipment and do an End of Day.

Should be ready by tomorrow.
