I received the following error message while installing ShipRush for SalesLogix on a new Windows XP workstation. It occurred during Setup, after trying to point to the ShipRush server.

TBoldExpressionHandle.DeriveAndSubscribe (AccountsHandle_expr): Failed with message: Error: List index out of bounds (-1)

Please advise.

Typically the list index out of bounds error would indicate a difference in builds of ShipRush.

If you go to the ShipRush Server PC, launch ShipRush, and check Help | About for version. It should be something like

Now browse out to program files\z-firm llc\shiprush v3 and find shiprush3.exe. Right click | Properties | Version. Does the product version listed there match what is on the ShipRush Server?

If not, you'll need to download the installer, or search your network for the installer that is of the same version as the ShipRush Server PC installation and run that and choose Update ShipRush on the workstation in question.

Thank you for the tip. We had tried to install the update to the server but had issues entering the password. Only by uninstalling the ShipRush server and installing it over again were we able to successfully apply the update. The workstation setup ran smoothly after that.
