Stamps.com USB Scale not working

Hi,

I'm trying to set up our Stamps.com USB scale to work with ShipRush Basic for UPS. On the setup screen there is an option for 'X.J.GROUP USB Scale (Stamps.com Model 2500i 25LB USB Scale)'. When I select this option, and then click the 'Test Scale' button, I get a pop-up saying, "Unable to test the scale 'X.J.GROUP USB Scale (Stamps.com Model 2500i 25LB USB Scale)' (ZFUSBScalePlugin.dll): Scale not found on this port. Please correct the port setting." Of course, since this is a USB scale there is no port setting option available. Can someone please point me in the right direction? What am I doing wrong?

That scale is currently not supported by ShipRush. The best bet is the PS60 type USB scale.

At this time, we do not officially support that scale.

List of supported USB scales:
Fairbanks model 70-2453, Ultegra, SCB-9000, R9000, and compatible (the type distributed by many shipping carrier sales reps)
Mettler Toledo PS15, PS30, PS60, PS90, and compatible

We are looking at expanding our scale support.

I am using windows 7 and after selecting "X.J.GROUP USB Scale (Stamps.com Model 2500i 25LB USB Scale)" the scale works awesome!
