Each time I complete a shipment I have to restart ShipRush before I can do another shipment. I get this error:

Error: 273: Could not acquire security credentials: error 0x80090305.. Unable to POST to "https://www.ups.com/ups.app/xml/TimeInTransit" (Native)

It is a little frustrating to have to restart the software for each shipment. I'm using ShipRush from Quickbooks by the way.

Sounds like UPS Basic, not Pro. It means that something on the network (internet) is blocking us from posting to the UPS website.

Launch ShipRush
Right click on the icon in the system tray | Settings | Shipping Settings | Internet Connection
Click Configure Internet Connection
Change to Compatible
OK out of settings

Close and relaunch ShipRush and test

If the problem continues to persist, reboot the PC.

If the problem still persists, a firewall of some kind
is the problem. Try disabling any local firewall system as a test.

If on a network, contact the network administrator to see
if the network firewall is blocking this traffic.
