When trying to submit our account information, which we HAVE validated is correct, ShipRush v2 returns a message saying our account is not in the FedEx account database. What do we do now?

What is the exact error message that is returned?

Also, try with a different email address entered into the data in ShipRush. If a long email address is entered there, it may cause an issue.
