when I run the end of day I get this error message: Unable to process "End of day" request. Account/Mailbox pair not found ('61V815'/'SYSTEM_MOS05829523393031')

How can I solve this problem? 61V815 is our UPS Account #

Have you been able to process end of day with this installation of ShipRush prior to this error coming up?

Has ShipRush been re-installed?

Typically this indicates:
This error may occur when a ShipRush database is moved to another
PC that has already been commissioned with ShipRush. The core
problem is that the Mailbox saved in the ShipRush database does
not match the mailbox stored in the registry.
