View Full Version : Cannot Process End of Day

Everytime I try to process the end of day, i get a message stating: Unable to Process "End of Day" request. ShipRush server is not active. Please start ShipRush server and try again.

I called in about this twice and both of the people i talked to gave me textbook replies, almost exactly the same. Is there a real solution to this problem?

And what was the solution provided? Did not indicate what part of the solution didn't work.

Are you running ShipRush UPS v3 Pro?
If so:
Go into Services and scroll down to the bottom
Do you have a Shipping Service down there, and is it running?
Can you start it?
Can you then process EOD?

I was told to look in the help file. After that I was told to go to the Zfirm LLC folder and double click on the ShipRushserver.exe file. That didnt work so i was told to put in a call with tech support. I thought i would ask around on the forums before I tried calling in.

We are just using the demo version, we wanted to test it out before we made any decisions. The program works great, and this is the last bump in the road.

OK....please answer the following items:

Are you running ShipRush UPS v3 Pro, or v4 Pro?
If so:
Go into Services and scroll down to the bottom
Do you have a Shipping Service down there, and is it running?
Can you start it?
Can you then process EOD?
