View Full Version : Just upgraded to v4.7 ShipRush UPS

We paid to have a tech remote access this a.m. and get us upgraded. The technician was able to get the new version set up and run. However, each time a shipping label was to print there was an error "RoutingCodeByZip) List index out of bounds (0)" This was "resolved" in his last test so we appeared to be good to go. However, I just went to ship my first package with this new version and it is giving me the same error. Please advise. It's 2pm EST and I need shipping done by 3:15 (of this box). Help. : - )

Close ShipRush and then relaunch it. Run a shipment, does it work? Run another shipment, does it work without the error?

Did you see the error after going into the Settings area of ShipRush?
