View Full Version : Problem with Priority Mail and "Box" packaging

When I try to prepare shipping label for Priority Mail and Packaging type "Box" (our own box type), the software refuses to proceed and gives us the following message:

Invalid container type. Valid container types for Priority Mail are Flat Rate Envelope and Flat Rate Box.

Does it mean we cannot use Shiprush if we ship our own boxes via Priority Mail.

Any suggestions?

Is this with ShipRush USPS or with ShipRush Endicia?

Also, what build\version of ShipRush are you using (Help | About will contain that info)?

Please update to the beta build and let us know if this resolves the issue:

I am using Shiprush for USPS in parallel with Shiprush for Fedex, using Peachtree (version 4.7.0.1806).

Before I install it, can you tell me if the beta version will have any impact on my Shiprush for Fedex version?

It will update all installations of v4. No known negative impact.
