View Full Version : problem with access

Thanks for the support yesterday. I logged onto my second machine and downloaded the most current update. When trying to connect to the program, it says it can't connect to the dbase. This is the error which I couldn't find anything in the knowledgebase about: Access violation at address 02A3A664 in module 'ZRUSH_~1.OCX'. Read of address 0000001C

Any ideas on how to make it work?

ShipRush v4 Basic?

If so, please refer to this helpfile link on setting up ShipRush in a multi-user environment:

ShipRush UPS v4 Basic works on the "server" pc
Gives an access violation from a workstation

If you reboot the server PC and the workstation, does the issue persist?

That is correct. The "server" pc works fine however the workstation gives that error. When I try to send it to the mapped drive. I rebooted both computers and still received the error.

Check the ShipRush ini files that point ShipRush to the database.

Also, remember the workstation needs FULL rights to the dir where the db is.

Lastly, be sure to run the current build (just for general hygene).

I guess I need help as I don't know how to do all this. I can't run the current build on the workstation as it won't let it install because it gives that error. I have rec'd 3 different errors but the one that comes up the most is the #11013. I've cleaned the temp files and disabled McAfee on the workstation, rebooted the machine numerous times and still get the error. I don't know what to do.

Here is the error message now in full:
