View Full Version : Need Email Notification on each computer

We have five computers using Ship Rush and we have the customers email and our sales persons email inserted in the email notification slot so they get the tracking number from Federal Express. Many times Federal Express attempts delivery and they send a email to one email address (someone not in charge of this followup) to inform us that they attempted delivery but no one was home. I need to set up Ship Rush so that the person who generates the airibill will receive that email and not the one who is currently receiving them. How can we change these settings to make this happen?

What email address is it going to? Is it the email address in the settings area in ShipRush for the account, not what was set in the Notifications area?

What build\version of ShipRush? UPS or FedEx? (you stated FedEx, but posted in the UPS Basic area).
