I received license numbers in an email on 8/26/2004 from Lindsay. I tried to use the license on ShipRush UPS for Act! yesterday and the license was refused saying it was for the wrong contact manager.

Please resend me the correct license number so I can get this up and running.

Morning Dan,
The license that has been sent to you is for Act!. Tested here with an Act! 6 and ShipRush UPS without issue.

What version of Act! do you currently have installed? If Act! 2005, we have not released an update to ShipRush for this version. We are working on releasing that build very soon.

Also, are you copy\pasting into the license field or typing the data in manually? Please copy\paste as an incorrect character may cause the license to not work.

As asked before:

Are you copy\pasting the license information into ShipRush UPS (making sure to use the ShipRush UPS license, not FDX) or typing in manually?

I used your license here without issues, so I know it works.

I no longer have the original email so I had to type it in manually. Perhaps if you could resend the license to me I would be able to cut and paste it into the program.
