My computer crashed yesterday and had to be "Restored". I was able to get the version 3 downloaded today and get the license code in. The program now has to commission the site and the attached message is what I get.

I contacted UPS and the account is fine there---set to 'vendor' with respect to uploading/printing labels, current, weekly billed, etc all that was there Monday and before when it WAS working.

I need this resolved ASAP. I have now two days worth of packages to ship. I emailed you guys yesterday for help and got no response.

There is no email support available.

The problem you're having is an issue created by UPS. Kbase article:

The issue is that as of Feb 1, 2004 UPS does not allow your account type to use this type of software.

Available resolutions:
Upgrade your UPS account to daily pick up
