We're currently processing all international shipments via USPS manually, which handwrite on the green form #2976 and scanned by USPS office. Due to the increased volume of orders, we can not afford anymore. We've tried print everything from endicia a while ago, but the bar code can not be recognized by USPS scanner, hence, we have to re-do it manually.

Just wonder if there any template we can pre-print all green form #2976 from our laser printer. and How does everyone here handle international orders?

Any information will be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Not sure how you're processing INTL shipments via ShipRush for Endicia or USPS, as we don't support INTL at this time.

Please let me know if I somehow missed the question and the boat on this.

We did not use any tools to handle international at all. We manually print the shipping label, fill in the green form by hand, then send them to postal office. We're planing to switch to use ShipRush to handle our domestic shipping, just wonder if any shortcut solution to fast our international shipping within ShipRush. We only need to print out shiipping label and with some sort of template to help to print on original green form #2976.

ShipRush will not process an INTL address for postal at this time. We will be able to address INTL forms once ShipRush for Postal supports INTL destinations.

Don't use the Green form! Enter it online at click-n-ship, usps.com. You type all of your information there and can copy and paste from your billing software and hopefully your shipping staff can type faster than they can write. The USPS.com website automatically creates the appropriate forms for customs based on the destination and creates a USPS scannable form. We use usps.com or paypal for our International shipping at the moment and this works very well compared to hand-writing the green form as that process would be completely unacceptable. Once we get integtration from Zfirm for International shipments however, it will be far easier still.
