I have upgraded to version 5 and no information appears when setting up new deliveries. I followed update instructions, taking a back-up of the v3 state, but was not asked to point to this file when installing the update...

Shiprush is neither pulling information from RMS, nor can I see old shipment data...

Any ideas.

Did you uninstall ShipRush v3 before upgrading to v5?

Did ShipRush ask you to upgrade\import your data when you ran the installer? If you weren't prompted to upgrade\import, ShipRush v5 installer did not "see" a prior version of ShipRush.

ShipRush now has a button in RMS on the right hand side. Video of this can be found at:

I did not uninstall v3 before upgrading, although I did back-up the v# state. Nor was I prompted to upgrade/import. Nor has the button been installed in POS.

The only option to import the data into ShipRush v5 would be to uninstall v5, make sure v3 is still there, and then re-install ShipRush v5. You'll also need to make sure you follow the steps in this kbase article to delete folders for v4\5 so that when the setup wizard runs, it will think it's the first time it has been setup on the machine. You also need to make sure you're logged in the PC as the same user as you normally used ShipRush v3, as it reads the content of the user profile folders if an upgrade is in order.

Uninstall of ShipRush v4\v5:

If you need to install the button for RMS:

I have done the previous complete uninstall and reinstalled v5. The POS button has successfully appeared but their is a connection error as follows...

ShipRush AddIn error: Error 126 loading "ZFShiprushStart.dll"

I click on ok and a "Connect to..." server prompt box appears.

Here is the kbase article on this error:

If you do not have the dll file in question, we should be able to dig one up and email to you. I'd suggest searching the PC for the dll to see if it is present on the PC.

The connect to prompt may mean that you did not configure the ADO connection params correctly for ShipRush to connect to your RMS environment.

This file is not present. Could you please e-mail it? I will check the connection parameters in the meantime.

How do I get paid support?

Just call in to Z-Firm Customer Service (during pacific coast business hours) and ask to open a paid support incident.
