I have been getting the following error for two days now "ERROR 250050 License system not available". I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall Shiprush but keep getting the same results what is my next step.

Either it is a communication issue with the UPS servers, or a block occurring on the PC. Do you have any firewall software installed? If so, disable the firewall software and see if ShipRush is able to connect to the UPS Servers.

Uninstall\re-install will not resolve. This is a pure communication issue between your PC and the UPS server.

I disabled the firewall and got the same result as before. Interesting thing is it worked fine while I was using it as a demo with the firewall enabled. I just can't figure it out.

Applying the license shouldn't cause any impact since this is an error coming back from trying to communicate with the UPS servers.

Only suggestion I can offer is that this should resolve itself on the UPS side.

Try again and see if it works.

Got it to work. I deleted the account and then reentered the account info and now it works fine. Thanks for your help.
