View Full Version : Tracking Number URL doesn't bring up the package shipped.

I'm setting up the email notification in ShipRush for FedEx Ground. I think it looks good (even with the "shiprush advertising" at the bottom). The only problem is that the automatic link doesn't pull up the package, even though it has the correct tracking number. I tried a second time by inserting a tracking number shipped last week. Again, it stops at the "enter your tracking number" page on the FedEx website. Here is the link as it is printed in the email. For privacy, I've replaced the tracking number with "X"s. The (") were added to make sure it displays correctly on this post.


Is there something I can change to make it work as it should?

What is the current build of ShipRush that you're running (Help | About)?

You may just need to update to the latest build available and this should be resolved in that build.
