I am getting an error of 1001.
I have the following:
service: Parcel post
Packaging: parcel
I have tried entering the package dimensions, I have also tried changing the packaging option but when I did it changed the cost of shipping to $4 more than I should be paying.

Side note: This is connected to our RMS POS systems and when an order is placed online with in store pickup selected and then changed on our end to priority mail it works fine but when the customer selects pacel post through our webstore it gives me this error message.

We would need to know the from address and the to address to determine if that package type is available according to USPS.

Also, what is the exact error message that you are getting? Does it indicate MailPiece or a different error?
