Hi Guys,

We are unable to get a refund for a package (label not being used, package not shipped) in SR. It says we have the wrong password.

I have changed the password at Endicia.com, does that affect SR, too?

Can the password be changed in SR?

We are beginning to use Stone Edge, and I set us up with a Dazzle acct, too. I did not ask for combined billing, as I did not understand the ShipRush/Endicia situation at the time. I think our billing amount for Endicia went from $39 to $19, but we haven't gotten a new bill yet.

So, just keep going to Endicia.com to refund packages, or is there some other solution?

If you changed the password with Endicia, you need to reset that in ShipRush. The only way to do that is to delete the account in ShipRush and run through the setup wizard again for your account, and enter your new password information.
