I am getting the above error followed by "InvoiceLineTotal/MonetaryValue must be greater than 0" when I try to ship to Canada. Please let me know what I am doing to cause this error message.

If shipping to Canada, you may need to go into the INTL Documents button in ShipRush and set the invoice information (if you have ShipRush set to print invoice information).

INTL paperwork can be tricky at times.
