We are using shiprush V5 for Endicia/Quick Books.

The problem we are having is that the last four digits of the zip code are all zeros. Example 97527-0000. We have tried to send mail out like this but most come back because the zip code is wrong.

How do we fix this?

Do you mean that the +4 of the zipcode returned when the address is verified is all zeros, or that the +4 in QB is all zeros?

If you have ShipRush validating address info, what setting do you have it on (setting | shipping settings | address validation)?

Could you also provide the build # of ShipRush? Help | About.

For most zip codes, but not all, the + 4 is all zeros. I don't think it's a Quickbooks problem.

I tried Basic and Robust.

It's 5.0.0.2289

Could you provide an example address or two?

Ok after testing a few more address it seems to be working randomly. Some Adresses work some times then not other times. But it seems most are working right. Any ideas on what the problem is?

Without having an address that we can replicate with, there isn't much to report. The +4 zipcode data is provided by an external server (either with USPS or Endicia).

Please provide us a couple addresses that you've seen this issue with, and we will see if we can replicate here.

Thank you,
