I am getting the following error message after hitting the ship button

Cannot open file "c:\program files\z-firm llc\shiprush v3 basic\upsrates\xarea.csv". The system cannot find the file specified

We were also getting an error message about our zip code before I closed the program and restarted it.

My UPS goes out this afternoon at about 3:00 and I need this problem resolved quickly.

I see that you just purchased ShipRush UPS v3 Pro.

This is the forum for UPS Basic.

If you are trying to run ShipRush UPS v3 Pro, it looks as though you had Basic installed at one time.

I have sent two emails to you. One is the download information for ShipRush UPS v3 Pro and the other is directions on removing all prior ShipRush UPS v3 information so that the Pro install is "clean"
