a.Why does the Third party billing section require the company name and address information to match the account# entered?
b.Is there a way to allow the shipment to process without entering the third party’s company name and address information?

We are a manufacturing company, we sale factory direct as well as thru dealers. It would be a conflict of interest for us to ask our dealers for more than just an autonomous UPS account number. In other words, the third party account that is being charged could be the dealer’s client.

It doesn't. You should be able to enter anything (or nothing) there.

UPS requires that those elements be in ShipRush, but does not enforce the data entered into them.



b.Is there a way to allow the shipment to process without entering the third party’s company name and address information?

Yes, I think it 'just works' Have you tried it?
