What service are you selecting (Priority, Express, etc)?

Here's the kbase article on the error:

Is printing regular postage for a normal letter an option?

Sure it is, with ShipRush Endicia.

First class is the service, letter is the packaging type.

Is is possible to just print the postage part and not have it ask for the address. My first attempt gave me a fully printed postage label, including the addresses, for a letter. I would prefer to have just a stamp like thing.

At this time no. ShipRush requires full address to process postage.

When we signed up via ShipRush, we also signed up for Endicia. Do I go through you to find out what my Endicia account info is? I think I may be able to print postage through them.

You can contact Endicia or go to www.endicia.com and log into their website as long as you know your account # and web password. We would not have that information.
