Error received when attempting to process an international shipment:

Not enough storage is available to process this command.

Plenty of storage on disk. My database is probably fairly large at this point., don't know if that has an effect.

What type of printer are you printing to in ShipRush?

Have you tried rebooting the PC?

If you can, set the dpi of the printer lower.

I'm using an HP 3030 printer with the standard PCL driver. Tried setting different DPI and quality settings but didn't seem to make any difference. The error only happens with international shipments and seems to with all.

Anything else you can think of to check?

Go into settings | shipping settings | Printers
What do you have configured in there for the Label Printer and the Paperwork printer? It would sound like the paperwork printer is what is causing this issue.

It's the same as above for the label printer - hp LaserJet 3030 PCL 5

Printing works fine otherwise. The "Print test label" on that same page works fine. Not a huge deal since I'm used to not having the international functions anyway but I was hoping to use it now that it's included.

Try setting the INTL paperwork printer to a different printer and test. The error is a print error condition, so testing with a different printer is the first step.

Also, what is the default printer on that PC? Try changing that to a different printer as well and test.
