I spoke to one of the Customer Reps and I put in the address that she gave me and I still got the same error.

She also mentioned that the error could be because the account was a demo account

Below attachment contains the screenshot of my error.

This is your SDK development license, meaning it will only do test\demo shipments.

It is not something we can assist with in this area of the forum. You might be able to ask a question in the SDK as to how you can do test shipments with a test SDK license.
