View Full Version : Shipment to non-RMS customer

Our newest customer using ShipRush UPS Pro asked how he can create a label, say, for his accountant and not a customer from within RMS. The only choice he has is to choose from an RMS pick list of shippee's. I could not find anything on creating this outside label.

Any help is appreciated!

The only way to get around this when ShipRush is licensed for RMS would be to do those shipments at the beginning of the day or at the end of the day.

The way to do this would be to have RMS closed and launch ShipRush. An option there would be to run in stand-alone mode.

Alternately, you may be able to bring up ShipRush without searching for a contact (cancel that action) and it may produce a blank airbill.
