I just had to reinstall Windows and my programs. I understand that UPS no longer supports on-call pickup accounts with ShipRush Pro, but I have been able to continue using the Pro version regardless. Am I now forced to change to a daily pickup account if I want to use the ShipRush Pro?

Message is:

Unable to activate account. This account type can not be used for online systems.

I haven't heard back from you, but I did go ahead and change my account to daily pickup and it is working now. I calculated that I would save money due to the 29% rate reduction despite the pickup charge.

Good to hear you got it working.

UPS imposed this on all UPS customers in Feb 04. Only impacts those sites doing a fresh installation of the software (ShipRush Pro or WorldShip).
