View Full Version : Have new printer but Shiprush won't print to it

My old printer just broke and I installed a new one. I've set the new printer as my system's default printer and I've also set QuickBooks to print to this new printer, which it now does. However, Shiprush is not printing my UPS labels to this printer. When I create a label, nothing prints. When I view shipments and select to reprint a label, the system blinks but then nothing prints. I've checked the Help guide and it talks about setting up a printer or telling Shiprush which printer to use, but it doesn't tell me how to get to these places. I can not find a place to tell Shiprush about the new printer. And when I create a shipment, I'm never presented with an option to choose a printer. How can I make Shiprush print to my new printer?

Right click on the ShipRush icon and go to settings | shipping settings

Select printers
Set you new printer
Save changes

Should now print
