I have Shiprush Pro for UPS V 3.0.0.650, rate file 2005. On all AIR shipments (anything but UPS Ground) the dimensional weight is sometimes being calculated incorrectly due to a rounding problem. Here is how UPS calculates dim weight: http://www.ups.com/content/us/en/resources/prepare/dim_weight.html

I have a 14x14x7 package, so multiply this and get 1372. Divide 1372 by 194 and get 7.072. This result is supposed to be rounded UP to the next whole pound, so the dim weight would be 8. Shiprush shows 7 for the dim weight, so it appears the rounding up is not being performed correctly.

Please fix this ASAP, as we and others do use this to determine about how much to charge a customer, and 7 lbs vs. 8 lbs can easily make a $1 difference.
