need dll file emailed

need to have someone email me the c4dll.dll file please. forwhatever reason...this is the second time that file just removed itself.

please email to me...as i need to ship a lot of packages today.

Something is wrong with the PC if the file keeps getting removed.
Search the registry for the file name.....
