When I click to start shiprush to create the UPS label I am receiving an message
error "80040411" accessing Quickbooks. and it closes out.

That error would indicate a communication error with QuickBooks and ShipRush.

Typically that may mean that ShipRush has not been granted rights in QuickBooks. Please refer to the helpfile discussion of this at:
