Hi - our Ship Rush program one day just decided not to work the way it used to. We are linked with Peachtree and when we have an invoice open, and then open ship rush, it used to import the shipping information. Now we get a small box that says "Please select contact." Then when we say okay, it brings up the biling address not the shipping address. We have never seen this contact screen before either. Please help - we have been unable to use this for 2 weeks.

Sounds like ShipRush Settings may need adjusting.

Go into the Settings area and select 'CM Settings' There will be options in this area for which addresses to pull from Peachtree.
