We are having some issues with ShipRush. When shipping to a “drop ship” customer on behalf of one of our customers it is calculating freight charges from our customer to the drop ship customer, instead of calculating freight from our location. Are we not entering this information correctly? We’ve never noticed a problem until the last few days. I have screen shots available if you need them. Thank you Laura ar@paintvalleyequipment.com

That can be a problem since ShipRush is calculating that info based upon the Ship From zipcode and the Ship To zipcode.

You may need to calculate the rate before changing the zipcode.

I will pass that along to development as a suggestion to change behavior.
