What valid value I need to put for PaymentStatus field, if order is paid?
When I put any number and sent order to My.ShipRush, ShipRush shows orders as Not Paid.

Does it say Not Paid in my.shiprush, or is it missing the $ to indicate it's been paid?

Also, PaymentStatus field, is this something you're setting in your own webstore, or something in ShipRush (clarification please)?

Here a sample code from ShipRush ShoppingCart Integration Kit:

if($xcart_orders_temp['status']!="Q")
$this->xcart_orders[$counter]->order_info["PaymentStatus"]=2;
else
$this->xcart_orders[$counter]->order_info["PaymentStatus"]=0;

I put this field to 2. My.ShipRush tab Shiping column "Paid" shows me bold blue $ sign. But on ShipRush for Ecommerce for this order on column "Payment" I get "Not Paid".

We identified it as a bug in ShipRush for ECommerce. The fix will be available with the next ShipRush build.
