View Full Version : Zen Cart - trouble downloading order

ShipRush has been working flawlessly for several weeks. Nothing changed as far as I know, was working as of last night, but today suddenly new orders are not downloading in the client. I logged on to myshiprush.com to view the web store directly and attempt to refresh, and see the following error:

Last download completed at 8/5/2010 2:12:55 PM EST. 0 order(s) downloaded.
New refresh requested at 8/5/2010 7:52:30 PM EST
ERROR: Internal error. Reference number #0a4fd013-6c43-4e7f-b0ba-39bdfba68e8a

If I attempt another refresh, I get the same internal error message, with a new reference number.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Can you go back out to My.ShipRush and refresh your webstore? Is the error still there?
