When trying to do End of Day, we get the following error message:

Error upload PLD File
Upload PLD connection error:
Unable to connect to server www.upslinkvendor.ups.com:
Network address type not supported. 53610

We received this message twice when trying to do another End of Day. Both batches show "Ready" in the status, instead of Transmitted. If we try to upload pending, we now get an "ok" and the batches stay at ready and not transmitted.

Is this just a normal error related to connection problems? Or is this a bigger issue? Will these end of days eventually transmit and show transmitted instead of just ready?

Error of 53610 :

May also mean you have Norton Internet Security running, or some other form of firewall software that may be blocking the upload.

Once you can establish communication between ShipRush and the UPS Server and process End of Day, your upload status should change to Uploaded instead of ready.
