View Full Version : Ship notification goes out from ShipRush and FedEx

I have "ShipRush sends email notifications" checked but when a FedEx label is created an email goes out from ShipRush and FedEx.

We recently upgraded from version 7 to 8.
8.0.0.39767

Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Can you tell us which integration you're using ? I.e. QuickBooks, eBay, Amazon, etc.

One thing to note is there are two different email notifications that can be enabled if you are using an ecommerce integration. Please see this page in the help file for more detail:

My guesstimate is that both ShipRush and Order Manager are configured to trigger an email - with the ShipRush email being the standard FedEx email. I suggest you decide which format you prefer and disable the other email option.

Hrmm..can you give us more detail on the email that's going out ? I.e. a copy of the ShipRush email and the FedEx email.

For ShipRush with QuickBooks there is only one email that can be sent out - either from ShipRush or FedEx but not both.

In the Settings | Shipping Settings | Notifications area, is ShipRush set to send the email or is the shipping carrier set to send the email ? (A screenshot of this settings screen would be most helpful!)

One email is from FedEx and the other is a ShipRush email template that we have been using for years.
Is there a way I can send you the emails privately?

Got it. So per those settings, the only email ShipRush should be sending is it's own email. I would like to review a copy of the FedEx email being sent. Please forward a copy to support at shiprush dot com.

Both emails sent, I included the complete messages with header info.

The FedEx email forwarded was for an Express shipment.

Do you see the issue of a FedEx email being sent with both Express and Ground or only Express ?

It will be a few days before the internal research is done. (The workaround, which I know is imperfect, is to use carrier-only notifications.)
