I am having an issue with the end of day processing. Everything looks to work normal with the end of day. Here is what is happening. We do the end of day, everything sends successful and all paperwork is printed successfully. Example lets say has 50 packages for the day. UPS is only getting info for 20 of these packages. Then after about 4 - 6 weeks on our bill, UPS is billing us for the other 30 packages using an average weight calculation which is costing us alot time working with UPS to resolve the actual weights on the missing packages. Any advice?

What build\version of ShipRush are running? Help | About will give that information.

Go into View Shipments | End of Day Paperwork Tab, set your date range out a bit, and locate one date in particular that you know of where UPS did not get all the package information uploaded to them. How many packages does it show for that day in the End of Day Paperwork Tab?
