I am recieving the following error message while trying to process an address for shipping:

INVALID ADDRESS 5 FIELD [50]

Can anyone help me with why I am recieving this? It is the only time this is happened to me. I checked the address with USPS and the address checks out fine.

Any help would be appreciated!

Does this occur on just one contact? What Contact Manager or Accounting package are you using ShipRush with?

Last but not least, what is the address information for that contact? (you can put in dummy information about the actual contact and address, just want to know the address structure).

Yes this just occurs on one contact. We are using ACT! 2000 as our CM.

The address structure is as follows:

XYZ Fire Department
ATTN: John Doe
123 Anywhere Street
Pittsburgh, PA 15236

I have tried to replicate this issue, and cannot.

What build of ShipRush UPS v3 Pro are you using (Help | About will tell you that)?

It may be a corrupt contact record in Act!

I believe that it is a corrupt contact. We will fix that in house.
