We have just changed to a new Quickbooks company and UPS account. As far as I know I have set everything to its right place in Enterprise. When I use shiprush i get the following error:

Error:[120100]Missing/Invalid Shipper Number

I did a search and was unable to find any help on that error number. Any help would be appreciated.

This is ShipRush from the system tray correct (not the shipping method built into QuickBooks)?

If so, I would go into Settings | Shipping Settings and make sure you don't have an account listed that doesn't have a UPS Account # populated. If you do, delete it. May need to re-create your account information in ShipRush (delete any accounts listed and create "clean").

It may also be a typo in the Shipper #. Please verify the data with your UPS billing statement.
