Where do you find the above information?

First Class parcels can be up to 13 oz. First Class Flats and Letters top out at 3.5 oz

Please direct us to information showing that First Class Letter post (which is what a Flat is) can be up to 13 oz.

NVM

ZF Case 28540

Should be available in the next day or two.

FWIW, first class parcels are almost the same $ and work now up to 13 oz.

Thanks, I will check on your site for the update. First Class parcel will be force to add Delivery Confirmation so it will be a lot more than flats. Will you able to give an option to remove delivery confirmation on First Class parcel packages? Thanks.

We will try to post something to this thread, or to this forum.

First Class parcel will be force to add Delivery Confirmation so it will be a lot more than flats.

The parcel route is $0.18 more.

Will you able to give an option to remove delivery confirmation on First Class parcel packages? Thanks.

Not planned, no (sorry!)

You can find USPS rate here
https://www.usps.com/ship/first-class.htm

In the section "Large Envelopes (Up to 12" x 15")" you can see the rates are up to 13 oz, just like First Class Mail Parcel.
