I can not open ShipRush. I keep getting error messages. Below is list of the error messages I have received. I have gone to Control Panel:Administration:Services and both apps are running. I do not have Windows Firewall running.

A connection with the server could not be established - URL:http://localhost:1123/SOAP/IBoldSynapse-SOAPAction:urn:BoldSynapseInterface-IBoldSynapse#SignOn

A connection with the server could not be established - URL:http://localhost:1123/SOAP/IBoldSynapse-SOAPAction:urn:BoldSynapseInterface-IBoldSynapse#SignOff

TBoldExpressionHandle.DeriveAndSubscribe (AccountHandle*_expr): Failed with message: A connection with the server could not be established.

Please help

Have you gone through the kbase article and confirmed that the two services are running?


If the answer is yes, and it still doesn't connect, we will need to look at switching over to the ADO connection method as something on the network or PC is blocking our connection.
