I have installed release 9.5.0.46323 and have an issue with international shipping. The address is in Canada but I did not notice the address so I clicked on the Ship button. I was not prompted that the address was an international address and I had not completed the Export Document info. The Packing List printed but no label. The shipment is in the View Shipments window but selecting 'Reprint Label' results in no label. Perhaps I have something setup incorrectly? Shouldn't I have received a prompt regarding the lack of info for the cn22 label? Please advise. Thanks.

Are you trying to print to a ZP450 or ZP500?

If you are using ShipRush with an eComm, v9 now populates the INTL customs form with the item order information.

Thermal printer is ZP450.

I am processing Amazon shipments.

OK, that helps with both issues indicated. If you don't want ShipRush to auto populate the INTL forms, you'll need turn that off under Settings | Handling Orders | International Shipping: Auto Create Commodities

Regarding the printer, please go into settings INTL Small Forms, and change the Printer Type to a 2844 and keep the actual printer as a ZP450. That should get you printing again. May have to restart the printer as well.

I changed the printer type and printed a test label. The test label is a domestic Priority label. I still can't reprint the international label that has not printed. Should I be able to reprint the label in question?

After changing the printer type under INTL Small Forms my domestic label does not print. The Domestic printer type is set to ZP450. If my printer is a ZP450, and ZP450 is an option for printer type, why would that not be the correct selection.

I sure wish I was still using Endicia!!!

We found an issue with the setting as a ZPL printer for the printer Type for INTL Small Items. The workaround that we found was to set the printer type to a 2844 (which is an EPL printer type).

Please make sure to recycle the power on the printer after making the changes.

Re reprinting the label, that may not function correctly due to the print issue we are seeing.

Do the printer types under Label Printer and INTL Small Forms have to have the same value? Can I have a Printer Type of ZP450 under Label Printer and 2844 under INTL Small Forms?

Yes you should be able to have the settings as you've described.
