    eBay Bug of the Day: If you use "charge sales tax on shipping and handling" checkbox

    It is another day.

    And there is an issue on eBay system.

    A problem that affects the users who use the option to charge sales tax on S&H. After we update the item as shipped on the eBay system, this option gets UNCHECKED. This affects ShipRush, My.ShipRush, and all shipping systems that uses the eBay api to update eBay.

    This is a serious bug, and the bug is in the eBay system. eBay has acknowledged the bug and will fix it ...

    Getting Tracking Numbers into PayPal: Now automatic when shipping with ShipRush

    PayPal is a good system for payment, but has been hard for shipping integration. We have good news, because there is progress now.

    For items you sell on eBay, and ship with ShipRush, the "shipped" status and tracking number now flow automatically from ShipRush into eBay and into PayPal.

    It is automatic. There is nothing you have to do. Just use ShipRush like you normally do. If you then go into PayPal, you can see that the tracking ...

    I write to let you know this eBay problem, that sometimes the "shipping cost" in eBay can change, when you don't want this to happen. It is only a problem if you use Selling Manager Pro.

    eBay has some new entertainment for us this week. Two problems for shippers:

    1) Sometimes, eBay mistakenly changes the shipping cost of an order.

    This is about a lot of the cart systems that we call "PHP Carts."

    Some users told me that when ShipRush sets the order to "shipped" status, the cart does not send an email.

    The user said that setting the order "shipped" in the cart merchant console, triggers the cart to send an email but setting it to "shipped" using ShipRush (ShipRush does this automatically) ...
