I can't think of living without VMWare. Many days I spend more time on a guest than at my own desktop!
Sometimes on my machine, when I have a lot running, my local VMWare guest can have slow screen refreshes. Horrible slow. If I reboot the host, it can fix the problem. But sometimes this cannot be done quickly, because the host has a lot running.
I found a fix to share: In the guest, change the display to 16 bit color.

I couldn't find anything written on this, so here it is.
Your Problem: A Windows web server, that runs IIS, and you want to change the source of the SSL certificate. For example, maybe the current SSL certificate is from Thawte, and you want to change to use a Go Daddy SSL certificate.
The problem is: Since an SSL certificate is already installed, how do you make the new CSR file to get a Go Daddy certificate?
