Update: This issue is resolved.

Some users see their Volusion web store throw an error, or the web store may even turn off (become "disabled" in the My.ShipRush system).

There is some news, good and bad.

Good part: The problem often is "transient." This means the problem comes and goes. Turn your web store on ("enable" it), and press the Refresh All option. Give it 20 to 40 minutes, and see if it works. (Often this works well.)

Bad part: This problem is a bug / malfunction on the Volusion system. It means that Volusion only sent us partial data. We would fix this... if we could.

Please Tell Volusion: It is a good idea to open a ticket in the Volusion management web site. Please report the problem to Volusion. Your report can say:

"The volusion api is truncating xml data in the response at least some of the time" and include the volusion api url that you put into My.ShipRush.

(We have reported this issue to Volusion a few times, but they have not fixed it yet.)

We are working with this customer directly to get them resolved. The next step is to send us the current API URL for Volusion.

We have the store back up and running after deleting the old store and adding a new webstore. This was due to an error when trying to save the new settings in My.ShipRush. That issue will be resolved soon, but the current workaround was to create a new store. Reply with directions have been emailed directly to the user.
