My question is how do you get the browser to recognize you have the correct SR installed?  I've clicked on the correct link/installed the standalone versions of SR, but when I go back into the browser to print a shipping label, it still says &quot;plugin not found&quot;.</div>

I know Shiprush uploaded the tracking to eBay right away.<br />
So I start to looking the orders without tracking number and found out there is some orders doesn't showing tracking number even though the tracking number already be updated ( when I click &quot;Add&quot; link, the tracking number and shipping method is already there. If I click &quot;Save&quot;, the tracking number still not be able to showing up )<br />
Now, I have to check all my order every night to find these orders and manully click &quot;Add&quot; then add few words after the shipping method then click &quot;Save&quot;. Then Selling Manager will show the tracking number correctly.<br />
I think it is a bug in the eBay system. But after I contact eBay, they respond &quot; It sounds like there may be an issue with the info being sent over from Shiprush that is preventing Selling Manager from displaying it properly.&quot;  So, is the problem from ShipRush? If not, can anyone from Shiprush check with eBay for this issue? Thank you.</div>

I can edit that field, but my changes are not being pushed back into eBay, and are not visible from the warehouse client computer. Our database is installed on a local server.<br />

Is there any setting to make the customer notes synchronize? Or is there an alternative way to add a note or status to an order that a different user can see?<br />

Whenever we try to ship an item via USPS International Flat-Rate box, it returns this error:<br />
&quot;Stamps.com returned an error: Unable to download label from Stamps.com. Check your internet connection, disable personal firewall and try again.&quot;<br />
<br />
We tried changing the Internet settings back and forth from &quot;Native&quot;, &quot;Windows&quot;, and &quot;Compatible&quot; both through the Z-Firm Internet Connection utility and within ShipRush's internet settings. We restarted between each setting change. Still, no luck.<br />
<br />
What's worse is that it's still deducting postage from our Stamps.com account. We are able to purchase new postage from Stamps.com fine through ShipRush, but the amount keeps decreasing every time this error occurs, so we have to keep buying postage to try again.<br />
<br />
Using ShipRush for USPS First Class Mail and non-flat-rate USPS Priority Mail International still work fine.<br />
<br />
Thank you for any advice on this problem.</div>
