updated fedex account number

I have a new fedex account number how do i update it on shiprush

"Export to Excel" doesn't show item SKU

Hi,
In the order manager, when I do Export to Excel, the "Item SKU" all shows "", however, there is item Sku shows in the order manager.
Also, when I search an order, the search result also doesn't show item sku correctly, it shows " ***"

Problems with First Class Mail International

I have a strange problem. I just printed a First Class Mail International label. Everything looked ok except in the postage stamp area, it says * Sample * Void - do not mail, FakeDeviceID. I was charged for the postage so I don't understand what's going on. This is urgent. Please help.

Login Failed

I configured ShipRush in another computer and I am having problems. I tried to void a shipment and it says "login failed". What should I do? I know I can void a shipment in my old computer.

default COD funds

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to adjust the default COD funds and get it to stay that way? I have gone into the settings and set it up as Money order or cashiers check, but when creating the label it still defaults to "any payment type" I need it to default to "guaranteed Funds" Any help is greatly appreciated!

My ship rush no longer gives me international frist class as an option, why?

I am using USPS and for the international it will only gives me the option of express or prority mail. Please advise how to get the first class as an option. Thanks

Setting up FedEx Smart Post

FedEx has enabled our account for Smart Post and confirmed it is operational.
Using the same account number that is working for other FedEx services. Smart Post is enabled in the settings and the Hub is entered.
In Order Manager I entered the shipping information, selected Smart Post as method. Getting error using Estimating Cost :

FedEx server returned: "Account number is missing or invalid.
FedEx Warning:Request field com.fedex.nxgen.crs.v7.ientities.TransactionDetail .CustomerTransactionId contained an invalid character or format and was ignored.". [crs:541,crs:458]

Am i forgetting a setting somewhere?

I've been using ShipRush for quite some time now and I'd like to make two requests to change frustrating "features"

1. If you do a search for something that has an apostrophe in the name, it gets a retrieval error.... can you please add code to the search term to replace each single tick with two single ticks (eg. SearchTerm.Text.Replace("'", "''");)

2. Can you remove the ability to search for nothing? If ShipRush catches an "enter" it is pure torture to sit and wait for it to come back... My suggestion would be if there is no search term do nothing or at most use a status bar at the bottom to communicate to the user (instead of a messagebox). If someone needs the ability to return every shipment maybe make that some sort of a wildcard search term.

3. When there are no shipments for a store, ShipRush displays a message (I'm not sure what it says, maybe that there is no shipments, I'd check for you except for the last 20 minutes I've been waiting for ShipRush to come back from my accidental enter adventure (see #2 above)), then when you search for a shipment the label for that message is still displayed over the top of the shipments. Can this bug be fixed and make the label invisible when there are results? Or maybe get rid of the label all together and just use a status bar at the bottom.

Is there a guide for using shiprush fedex for international shipments? Not just a generic Fedex guide, but one that specifically shows shiprush.

I have always avoided shipping international with fedex because of the confusion of it.

expiring license code

I get a warning everytime I start ShipRush. It says my license code is about to expire. I fetched a new one online but the message continues. What should I do?

UPS Air service selection creates error

User can ship UPS ground and 3 day. But when he tries to process Over night and 2 day air shipments he gets an error that says service not available. THis is on a PC in standalone mode and has shipped successfully for over 100 shipments until this issue came up two days ago.

PLD files are getting created in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Z-Firm LLC\ShipRush v5"

I don't know how it is started we have lots of PLD files in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Z-Firm LLC\ShipRush v5" folder. How can I fix it?
When we run ShipRushDBManager it shows a message "WARNING: The Shiprush service seems to be using a different database than the Shiprush client."

Can it be related to that? How can we fix this issue. The server is mission critical server and we can not restart the server itself..
We have Shiprush version 5.7.0.2485.

in my.shiprush.com i added 1 webstore, can i use this one(webstore) from two separate computers via shiprush? or everytime will be created new webstore in my.shiprush.com?

where I can find my shiprush license code?

Hello, I downloaded shiprush and created Endicia through Shiprush. Now I can not use the shiprush .. it said demo is done! Please enter the shiprush license code, so where I can find my code?:confused:
